4th April, 2013
Five of Melbourne’s councillors toured Docklands last month, taking in the sights from the water.
Deputy Lord Mayor Susan Riley, returning councillor Kevin Louey and new councillors Stephen Mayne, Beverley Pinder-Mortimer and Rohan Leppert were ferried around Docklands waterways.
The tour aimed to familiarise the councillors with the different areas of Docklands
The group was accompanied by City of Melbourne (CoM) waterways chief Doug Jarvis, who skippered the expedition and CoM director of city design Rob Adams, who acted as tour guide.
