Try sailing on December 9

Locals and visitors are invited to a “try sailing day” this month in Docklands.

Hosted by the Docklands Yacht Club and supported by Docklands Rotary, the day is a great way to test the water and learn more about sailing.

The event will be held on Sunday, December 9 from 11am until 4pm at the Docklands Yacht Club (Shed 2, North Wharf Rd).

A $20 registration fee ($40 for families) is required and includes the supply of life-jackets and boats.

After some fun on the water you can enjoy a sausage sizzle and get to know your fellow sailors.
