The magical world of Docklands
4th December, 2012
A new exhibition in Docklands recreates C.S. Lewis’s magical world of Narnia.
In The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, the Pevensie children enter Narnia through a wardrobe.
In Docklands, children can enter the mythical world of Narnia through the door to The Pavilion at NewQuay Central.
C.S. Lewis’s grandson, Tim Gresham, visited the exhibition when it opened last month and said he thought it was wonderful.
“It brings the magic of the movie sets into the neighbourhood,” he said.
The exhibition recreates the world of Narnia with costumes, props and sets from the films.
The Chronicles of Narnia – The Exhibition is open at The Pavilion in Docklands until February 2.
