Studios receive $4.4 million

The recent State Government budget announced a $4.4 million investment over two years in the Docklands Central City Studios.
The Innovation Minister Gavin Jennings said the Government would provide the money to reconfigure Sound Stage 5 to allow for additional production.
It is understood that the studio will be used by the Nine Network to host several productions when it moves into its 717 Bourke St address later this year.
