Social Club is building
The Docklands Social Club had a great night out at Platform 28 on November 8 and December’s event is also promising to be a cracker.
The Docklands Social Club is an informal monthly gathering run for locals who are interested in meeting other Docklanders.
Every month, it moves to a different venue. Selecting the venue is the most formal part of the arrangement.
No bookings are required. Just turn up. You pay your own bill with the venue. About 30 minutes of standing around chatting is usually followed by a feed but, even then, there is no obligation to participate.
The next night out will be at TAP831 on Wednesday, December 14, starting at 7pm. TAP831 is in the corner of Bourke and Merchant streets.
