Running for kids
4th May, 2017
The Bolte Bridge was temporary closed when runners raced across the bridge as part of the 14.6km course of the CityLink Run for the Kids program on April 9.
The run raised $1.6 million for the Royal Children’s Hospital’s Good Friday appeal and it has raised more than $15 million since its debut in 2006.
The run started from Alexandra Ave, went over the Bolte Bridge, exited CityLink at Footscray Rd, took in NewQuay and Harbour Esplanade before heading back towards the CBD via Collins St.
