Big spenders

Gowrie Harbour Family and Children’s Centre in Docklands is the highest paying tenants on the City of Melbourne’s property lease register, paying more than half a million dollars per year in rent.

Council released the register last month as part of the 2014-15 draft budget.

The register reveals Gowrie pays Council $566,798 per year to lease the multi-level, 1 Seafarers Lane site.
