Great networking lunch

Some 75 guests heard first-hand the AFL’s plans to redevelop Etihad Stadium at the June Docklands Networking Lunch.

Organised quarterly by Docklands News, the lunch moves to different venues around Docklands.

But rarely was they are a more anticipated topic and the strong numbers reflected this.

Guests were complimentary of both the food and the comprehensive address by AFL national venues manager Simon Gorr, who was very open about the league’s ambitions (see our story on page 1).

The next lunch will be held in September at a venue and date to be announced.
