Carols to delight Docklands

Carols to delight Docklands Image

Get into the festive spirit this month and head down to the Piazza at NewQuay Central on December 23 for the Planetshakers’ Carols at Docklands.

The event starts at 5.30 pm with a children’s carnival featuring face-painting, fairy floss, a jumping castle and rides.

The carols get going at 8pm and will feature special guests Stan Walker, Evermore and hip-hop group NO-LIMITS.

Santa will be popping by for a visit and there will also be a fireworks display.

This is the third year the free event has been held in Docklands and, according to event organisers, has grown to well over 10,000 people in attendance.

It’s clear to see why the Planetshakers continue to return to Docklands for the event.

“Docklands is an amazing precinct that is developing into an exciting and energetic area,” Planetshakers senior pastor, Russell Evans, said.
