Dom Dolla sellout delivers another boost for Docklands

Docklands is set for another major event boost this September, with Melbourne’s own Dom Dolla selling out Marvel Stadium for what is being billed as one of the biggest electronic music moments in Australian history.

The Australian-exclusive show, presented by Untitled Group and Frontier Touring, will mark the world premiere of Dom Dolla’s new stadium production in front of his home crowd.

Presale allocations were exhausted within hours, with all remaining tickets selling out instantly once the general sale opened.

For Docklands, the sellout represents another major vote of confidence in the Marvel Stadium precinct as one of Melbourne’s key destinations for large-scale events, music, sport and entertainment.

Marvel Stadium has long been central to Docklands’ identity, but major cultural events of this scale continue to strengthen the area’s role as a gateway for visitors, hospitality spending and night-time activity.

The show also marks a major milestone for Australian electronic music, with Dom Dolla’s rise from Melbourne producer to global star now set to culminate in a packed hometown stadium.

Untitled Group co-founder and managing partner Nicholas Greco said the moment was historic.

“Untitled Group has been part of Dom’s journey from the very start of his career, and to watch him sell out Marvel Stadium in his hometown is a moment we’ll never forget,” Mr Greco said.

The Grammy Award-nominated DJ and producer has surpassed 1.5 billion streams and won four ARIA Awards for Best Dance/Electronic Release, as well as the inaugural ARIA Global Impact Award presented by Spotify.

In 2025, he headlined two sold-out nights at New York’s Madison Square Garden, completed a 10-week residency at Hi Ibiza, and made his film soundtrack debut with No Room For A Saint for the movie F1.

His Marvel Stadium sellout now adds Docklands to a global run of landmark performances.
