City guides are full bottle on Docklands

Melbourne’s Red Shirt information volunteers have been preparing for a busy summer of events in Docklands with help from the Docklands Chamber of Commerce.

The Business and Tourism Summer Events Forum was held on November 21 at Maia on Central Pier to provide a run down of a range of events taking place in the Docklands area.

With many travellers and locals coming into the city during the summer, the forum provided important information to volunteers on some of the lesser-known events across Docklands to help attract more visitors.

Guest speaker presentations ranged from events such as the Park Cinema in Victoria Harbour, Alma Doepel and Port Phillip Ferries with the forum providing the volunteers with a range of information.
