Market exchange of knowledge

Market exchange of knowledge

Come to the Knowledge Market, where knowledge meets creativity.

Collaboration between Lendlease and RMIT has transformed Victoria Harbour’s Knowledge Market into a living lab, providing an incubator for creative projects and a venue for public workshops, forums and community events.

Entitled The Exchange, the year-long program will explore the concept of community and find innovative ways in understanding the urban living environment with workshops, exhibitions, talks and activities involving the Docklands community.

Residents and workers are encouraged to join in the conversation on the challenges and topics cities face now and in the future at this creativity hub.

RMIT will also have some of its art and design classes at Knowledge Market.

The Exchange will focus on four key themes over the next 12 months, including zero carbon futures, social diversity, digital infrastructure and urban memory and imagination.

The lab will provide prototype for community engagement that can be adopted by governments, councils, developers and communities.

Situated next to Buluk Park, Knowledge Market is open from 10am-5pm to the public.
