The Hub will not be holding a lunchbox session this month as staff prepare to move operations to the Library at the Dock.

The library is scheduled to open to the public on May 31.

Following the opening, lunchbox activities that had previously been held at The Hub will be held at the library.

Although there won’t be a free lunchbox session held in Docklands this month, local residents and workers can look forward to a new and improved program of sessions beginning in June.

Lunchbox sessions will be increased and there will now be two sessions per month, on the first and third Tuesdays of the month at 12.30 pm.

Previously Lunchbox sessions had been held once a month and have ranged from music performances, to dance classes and from gardening demonstrations to wine-tasting.

The new Library at the Dock opens on Saturday, May 31 and is located at 107 Victoria Harbour Promenade.
