Goods Shed South underway

Work has started on the refurbishment of the Goods Shed South in Batman’s Hill with the demolition of a section at the Collins St end to make way for a “lantern building” entrance.
The lantern building will be an entrance similar to that constructed over the road at the VicUrban office.
Most of the building will be occupied by the Pearson Publishing and will be ready by late next year.
The preparation work has been undertaken with Heritage Victoria consent.
