Baby girl for Marcia

VicUrban Community Development Director Marcia Harkins gave birth to a baby girl on Cup Day.
Ruby Mary Harkins entered the world at the Epworth Freemasons Hospital in East Melbourne at 8.20 pm on November 3.
Weighing in at 7lb 6oz (3370gms), Ruby is delighting her parents and all Docklands well-wishers.
Marcia’s partner Frank has taken a couple of weeks off to help out in the early stages. Marcia hopes to return to work next October at the latest.
Marcia experienced a relatively short, but intense labour. So will she be going back for a second?
“I don’t think I’ll do it again,” she said. “Frank’s happy with one.”
