Want to up your crafting game?

The Cauldron – craft connect, is now offering classes in knitting, beginner basics to refresher courses and help with final construction.

Hand quilting – English paper piecing technique – starting with the very basics of basting and simple hexagon stitching to more advanced curves and the making of 3D items such as pin cushions.

Paper crafting classes in journal and card making – teaching a variety of skills in papercraft and composition.

We are still focused on community connection with social crafting nights each Wednesday from 5pm to 7pm. Social crafting is based on the idea of connecting people in our community through craft.

Whether you knit, journal, scrap book, crochet, sew, bead, or any non-mechanised handcraft you are welcome to join our inclusive supportive sessions.

It's a place where you can put away your phone, share skills, chat about the local community, or simply work on your craft in a creative, supportive environment.

We are still offering lessons* in our charity making for KOGO (Knit One Give One), so even if you don't knit you can still learn to make a toy to be donated to this amazing locally based charity in Melbourne. We welcome other knitted donations too such as knitted beanies, blankets, etc.

You can find us in our beautiful shop front in The District Docklands, Shop 11, Wharf St.

*Charity toy making lessons will be paused in the second part of June, so it is best to contact us to ensure we have a teacher available.
