The Quarter approved
MAB Corporation has received permit approval for the first stage of its $250 million development The Quarter.
The Quarter is a 35,000 sqm commercial development to be built on an entire block on Docklands Drive in NewQuay.
The development will be comprised of four buildings of between 6000 and 11,000 sqm, connected by laneways.
Stage one of the development includes the construction building one, which is 8500 sqm, the laneways that surround this building and the central piazza.
