Medibank building grows

Development of Medibank’s new office building continues to progress in the midst of the evolving stadium precinct.

The façade of the 16-storey building at 720 Bourke St will feature growing vegetation including two green walls on Bourke St, planted terraces at various levels and planted screens on the north and east facades of the building.

The sustainable development is aiming to achieve a 6 Star Green Star design and a 5 Star NABERS rating.
