Fright night in Docklands
6th December, 2013
Ghouls, ghosts and pirates paraded through Docklands on October 31 as they headed to James Squires’ Halloween Charity Ball.
Around 100 people attended the event, raising $5000 for the Make a Wish Foundation and Childwise.
“The idea for the event was inspired by the efforts of leaders in these charities and an opportunity to put something back into the community, creating an annual event we can repeat each year and together do something positive,” James Squires owner David James said.
A range of businesses supported the event, including Mornington Estate, Mercure, Flik Studio, McPherson, Sweeney, Motionators, Le Cirque and Balloon Twisting with Con.
