Mirvac has unveiled 11 new Wharfside Residences at Yarra’s Edge.

The developer says the spacious homes are built over four levels and vary in size from 332 sqm to 493 sqm.

Mirvac’s general manager residential Victoria, Elysa Anderson, said the homes’ orientation overlooking glistening water, luxury boats and city lights was comparable to the spectacular settings of glamorous waterfront cities such as Monte Carlo and Hong Kong.

“Waterfront living is a status symbol around the world, and we’ve created the perfect haven for those who want a luxurious family home with a proximity to the Yarra River unavailable anywhere else in the city,” Ms Anderson said.

Yarra’s Edge resident and former Olympian, Sue Stanley, said she chose a Wharfside Residence because of the exceptional lifestyle on offer.

“Yarra’s Edge is a truly unique place to live, with so many places to visit nearby and a second-to-none view of the most liveable city in the world. It’s safe, clean, well-lit, dog-friendly and full of friendly residents - it feels like a real community,” Ms Stanley said.

The Wharfside Residences offer private lifts, double garages and oversized bedrooms.

Rooftop decks maximise the views of the river and city skyline, while taking advantage of a desirable north-facing aspect.
