Docklands gets active
5th June, 2014
By Robert Bremner
Docklands has welcomed a fitness program that is helping Melbourne workers to become more active before, during and after work.
Docklands workers are able to leave the office to enjoy the backyard favourite totem tennis with a friend or colleague. Situated in front of the NAB building it is the perfect way to have some fun on your lunchbreak.
Programs such as zumba class, hula hooping, Tai chi and many more are running throughout May and June and are supported by the Victorian Department of Health and VicHealth.
The majority of events are running daily from 12pm-2pm during the week.
