Some 1000 new Docklanders are expected to start moving into Hiap Hoe’s Marina Tower in NewQuay by the end of the year.

With a tilting façade, the building combines two separate towers, and will accommodate 460 residential apartments in total. Adjacent to the tower is the 4 Points by Sheraton Hotel.

The 43-level Marina Tower includes various communal facilities for residents. In the Marina Club, residents will have access to a library, conference room and business centre on the ground floor, while the mezzanine level will include a billiard room, private dining and kitchen facility for entertaining purposes, and will seat up to 20 people in its very own cinema.

Residents will also have access to a swimming pool operated by 4 Points by Sheraton, as well as a gym located on level seven of the building.

NewQuay Park, located south of Harbour Town, will bring more public space and greenery to the area.

The park, which will also connect to the Banksia high-rise due for completion in early 2018, will lead directly to the Marina Tower via a laneway.

Construction of the Marina Tower has been underway since March 2015, and has seen 340 workers and 52 sub-contracted companies on site.

Residents are expected to starting moving into the building by mid-to-late November this year.
