New courts take shape
Work has started on Docklands’ own multi-purpose sporting courts in Batman’s Hill.
The courts will provide facilities for netball, basketball and futsal and will be located next to the Hub.
Outdoor multi-purpose courts were included in the Docklands Community and Place Plan released earlier this year by City of Melbourne and Places Victoria.
A City of Melbourne spokesperson said the courts would be completed and ready to use at the end of January.
