Millie the Cavoodle’s daily wharf adventures

If you’ve ever strolled along the Docklands wharf, you might have spotted Leanne and her beloved Cavoodle, Millie. 

This charming duo is a daily fixture, taking in the fresh air and greeting fellow walkers. “Millie loves people. She’s a very social and happy little girl. Very loving,” Leanne shares with a smile. “She’s obsessed with chasing the ball!”

Leanne’s colourful rainbow slip lead is not just for show. “I’ve trained her well since she was a pup. She knows how to sit, stay, and she comes when I call her,” Leanne explains. “She’s a lot of fun, and I’ve met so many people thanks to her.”

Millie’s bright curls, which she sports proudly during her walks, get pampered every six weeks at the groomer. “She’s very spoiled,” Leanne laughs. 

Millie, who was brought from a breeder as a puppy, has been the highlight of Leanne’s life ever since. Whether when they’re meeting their neighbour’s dog or simply enjoying their walk together, this pair adds a little extra warmth to Docklands every day! •
