District Live is back for 2024, and this time they’ve swapped live music for live sport, with big screens showing the Australian Open across 10 jam-packed days.

Running from January 19 to 28, District Live: Tennis Series is a free event featuring a pop-up bar hosted by Urban Alley Brewing and big screen with live streaming of the tennis.

There will be plenty of interactive activities on-site to keep you and your friends or family. You can sit back and relax on beanbags in the event space with a cold beverage, have a hit of table tennis in the sun, or even snap a photo in front of The District’s tennis court-themed swing, with a chance to win a $250 District Gift Card when you tag @thedistrictdocklands.

For those wanting a bite to eat, you’ll be spoiled with a choice from more than 30 food precinct partners.

Make sure you explore and pick up a bite to eat before heading into the licensed event area to team it up with a cold beer or cocktail from the Urban Alley Bar.

For those under the age of 18, Th District has allowed plenty of space around the licensed bar area where you can sit back and enjoy all of the action with unobstructed views.

The District Live: Tennis Series will be running all day every day from Friday January 19 to Sunday January 28, with the Urban Alley licensed bar operating hours as listed below (bar hours subject to change based on tournament times and weather).
