 WOLFGANG SIEVERS 50 YEARS (1930s-1980s) FUNDRAISING EXHIBITION

OPENING WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 12, 6.30PM – 8.30PM

A very rare chance to see and purchase SIGNED PRINTS by one of Australia’s pre-eminent architectural and industrial photographers of the 20th century.  Includes rare silver gelatin prints from his early career in 1930s Germany and Portugal. Julian Burnside QC is making these prints available from his own collection to raise funds for THE HUMAN RIGHTS LAW CENTRE and will open the exhibition.

MADELINE BISHOP is a photographic and video artist whose work has explored socially-constructed norms in relation to gender and sexuality. Her new body of work continues this research into interpersonal relationships, tensions and boundaries and the dynamics that exist and are tested by them.
