Collins Square redesign
3rd September, 2013
Walker Corporation has revealed an artist’s impression of the redesign of a tower in its Collins Square project.
The 36-storey tower, the tallest in the development, has been redesigned into a two-part tower separated by distinctive garden plaza two thirds of the way up.
The tower, designed by Hassell Architects, offers more than 55,000 sqm of office space.
It has been widely suggested that financial services firm KPMG would become the major tenant for the building but a Collins Square spokesperson dismissed this as industry gossip.
