Survey for local seniors

Survey for local seniors

Local seniors are invited to take part in a survey that will explore the experiences of older residents in Docklands’ retail and hospitality sectors.

The survey is part of the Age Friendly Partners Program, which involves the Docklands Chamber of Commerce, the City of Melbourne and the Victorian Seniors Card Program.

The program aims to make Docklands more age-friendly and involves Docklands being promoted to seniors as a place to visit.

Docklands Chamber of Commerce president Joh Maxwell said receiving feedback from the community would further inform the development of the program.

“Our aims for the program this year include growing membership of seniors program partners amongst Docklands businesses,” Mrs Maxwell said.

Seniors can complete the survey at http://www.melbourne.vic.gov.au/CommunityServices/ForOlderPeople/Pages/DocklandsAgeFriendlySurvey.aspx until February 16.
