Service excellence awarded

Quest Docklands had a great start to December, winning the regional and national franchise of the year at the company’s gala dinner last year.

Franchisees Michael and Anne Hibberd have owned the business since 2005 and the pair said they were delighted and honoured to have won both awards.

Both the regional and national awards recognise superior guest service standards, business performance and the franchise’s excellent demonstration of company values.

Quest Serviced Apartments chairman and founder Paul Constantinou said the awards recognised the franchisee’s professionalism and commitment to running a successful and profitable business.

“Michael and Anne Hibberd bought the franchise in 2005 and have been instrumental in its strong performance across a range of areas and importantly have the respect of those who work alongside them in the Quest network,” Mr Constantinou said.
