Management shuffle

Places Victoria’s senior leadership team has been restructured under new CEO Peter Seamer.

In an email to stakeholders, Mr Seamer said an organisational reform had led to a review of management structures and staffing levels, with an overall plan of having 70 full-time employees.

According to the email, the review meant some senior positions were different to what they had been, resulting in a number of general managers moving on from the organisation.

Places Victoria has now finalised its five general manager roles and has appointed its senior management team.

Joanne Wandel, who most recently worked on Places Victoria’s Docklands projects, has been appointed head of Urban Infill.

Paul Healey will continue on as chief financial officer and Simon Wilson will continue his Docklands management role.

Peter Armstrong has been appointed general manager of general projects.

Recent Places Victoria addition Sebastian Catalfamo will manage major projects.
