Keen interest in last land

Fifteen developers have expressed interest in developing Docklands’ last parcel of land.

On February 24 Planning Minister Matthew Guy called for registrations of interest in the two-hectare site between the railway, Collins St and Flinders St.

By the cut-off date of March 22, VicUrban had received 15 registrations. 

This month these developers will be invited to participate in an expression of interest process.
